I chose this hotel for its proximity to the Mall of Istanbul. The rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. The hotel is conveniently located, with the mall just a few meters away. The reception staff was accommodating and allowed me to check in early. a great stay!

The room I stayed in at El Emin İstanbul Hotel was fantastic! It had a charming dining area, and the air conditioning kept me cool during the hot days. Plus, having an electric kettle in the room was really convenient for making tea or coffee whenever I wanted.

I wasn't a big fan of the view from the suite I stayed in. But hey, that's just my personal opinion.

The hotel rooms were good-sized and exceptionally nice. Central heating, a personal safe and flat-screen television were provided. The staff was very polite, always with a smile on face...

We were there for 1 day, everything was brand-new, greatly enjoyed its marvellous and unbeatable location just off Mall of Istanbul, and Istanbul.

The hotel is a superb base for exploring Istanbul. The breakfast offers a great variety of food options and the room is spacious with convenient amenities. The staff was very helpful and the location is absolutely perfect. Additionally, there are many food options within walking distance from the hotel. It's also conveniently located just 5 minutes away from a bus station.

The hotel location was great! It was walking distance to a big shopping mall and had easy access to transportation. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the hotel staff was friendly and provided speedy service. Lastly, having free car parking was a bonus!

The shower and toilet space in the room could have been a bit larger. , although breakfast had good quality food, it was a bit repetitive.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect with easy access to the mall and transportation to Sultanahmet area. The facilities were new and clean. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel provided free car parking which was convenient.

The location of this place is fantastic as it is right next to the Mall of Istanbul and just a short distance from the Sultanahmet area. The staff was excellent, providing us with warm and friendly service. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the variety of amenities provided. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus and the restaurant and bar were top-notch. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

As for the negatives, there really weren't any. We had a wonderful experience and enjoyed all the facilities and services provided at this hotel.

I always go back to this amazing hotel. The staff helped me with tickets and I'll never forget that. They have everything I need: free Wi-Fi, valet parking, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, a bar/ lounge area. Can't wait to come back for New Year!
